Die Tochter von Professor Siegfried Wunderer ist verzweifelt. Sie hat uns gesagt, dass das Familenhaus verkauft wird und ein neues Appartmenthaus an dieser Stelle gebaut werden soll . Sie hat auch gessagt, dass Professor Wunderer vergessen hat das "Wohnrecht" für Sie einzutragen.

The case of an investigation of my Garden House (more on our site www.gardenius.com) is an example how difficult it is to give up the old undemocratic national habits in order to pursue integration within the EU. The obstacles are perfectly described by Kafka. It is also an illustration what kind of life is worth living (Plato). It contains shadows of the past authoritarian times with contempt for other cultures and people. In itself, the case is a bagatelle but the way human greed and meanness operates has general implications and has to be opposed on the principal grounds.

In this small insignificant case there is a significant component of human nastiness and a need to maintain human dignity. Therefore, (2)it is important to underline that the denunciation and the actions taken by Mr. Müllner, Koffer Hausverwaltung are principally unacceptable.

(3)As requested in the E-mails from 11.07.2016 and 14.07.2016 the investigations conducted on the ground of malicious false denunciation provided by Mr. Müllner must stop. The tone of Mr. Müllner’s E-mail which threatens to denounce us is like a déjà vu of the similar denunciation letters form the Nazi time and we all must react in order to honour the people who in the past lost their life as result of denunciations.

I am writing to you to ensure your understanding and explain why I take such principal view and the possible consequences. I just follow all you express in your speeches on Rule of Law, human rights, human dignity and tolerance. We would like to bring to your attention that by making the case, open and public we are worried that the other ways to punish us, silence us and move us out of the Garden House will be pursued. (Well-known strategy)
I lived in Africa and Asia (including India) and learned to like and value the people independently of their education or financial status. I met people in poor and small houses. I was invited to huts and to minister offices. I was invited to taste food at the local market.

4 ) Therefore I feel insulted to read the following words written by Mr. Müllner;
“es kommt beim Anblick der Fotos eher der Gedanke an Slums und nicht an eine Wohnanlage im 18. Bezirk! ““at the sight of the pictures, it comes rather the thought of slums and not to a residence in the 18th district!"So what are the conclusions; there are people and their way of living which are unworthy of the 18-th district of Vienna. Where do we know such ideas from? For 80 years they were propagated by a system based on racial superiority and contempt for other people and cultures..

One can feel Mr. Müllner mind-set. – They, retired hobby gardeners do not fit into the ideal, “clean” and superior state of the 18-th district- . We have a feeling that Mr. Müllner’s approach is - 6 Get them out, denounce them on whatever grounds-. It seems, that my way to protect exotic and rare plants by plastic foil in winter gives impression of a slum. We are unworthy to live in the 18-th district; therefore we have to be removed.

5 Taking into an account the following facts; - desire to take over our garden house - an untrue denunciation - invitation of a mob to judge us - for 80 years we would probably end up in a concentration camp. We know many such cases from the past.

Fortunately, we live in a democracy and democracy has to be continuously defended and this is our contribution. Because humans didn’t change as Thomas Bernhard put it, Elfriede Jelinek is ignored and ostracized and Boris Johnson is enacting the Monty Python’s satire on power and conventions.

7 As Swedish living Africa and Asia, working for United Nations, assisting people and then reading Mr Müllner’s e-mail one could perceive connotation with racism and racial and cultural superiority and contempt for poor people. Our children have worked in Afghanistan and Tanzania experiencing hospitality from the local people. I became honorary citizen of an African country. I am not able to accept views expressed by Mr. Müllner and his attempt to instrumentalise the Building Inspectorate (Baupolizei) to achieve his goals.

8 This case will stay in Internet as an appalling reference model of breach of Rule of Law, manipulation, intolerance and discrimination.

1	Is a Swedish citizen allowed to express opinions in Sweden which are not punishable in Sweden but may be punishable in Austria?

2	Will a Swedish citizen entering Austria be brought to court in Austria for opinions expressed in Sweden but which may be objectionable in Austria? Will the Swedish citizen be punished in Austria

3	Should Austrian, Swedish, British citizen take care not to express opinions which can be punishable in another country? let say Turkey, Russia?

	A private company in Austria writes
In UK or Sweden it would be a scandal illustrating an appaling case of misue of power. A private company writes somting like this in the name of authorities directing how they will act. No go !!!	"So it may be that you will soon be notified by the building control about an appointment for an local investigation. Please be sure to meet this deadline!" The document containing the information which is questioned by the Austrian law firm was send to the foreign minister of Sweden and is a public document which can be obtained from the Swedish Foreign ministry by anybody.

	Protecting the plants during the winter This plastic foil protecting the plants became a big issue as some neighbors considered it to be an annex and the whole process of denunciation, involving Building Inspectorate (Baupolizei) started. The neighbors were manipulated to complain about our plastic foil in order to get us out of the property.
